- Any special booking conditions mentioned in this offer supersedes the general terms.
- Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, flood), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
- We would require you to pay bank fees on both sides.
Cancellation Policy
High season: Oct – Apr
The cancellation within 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:
- Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
- Between 14 days and 8 days before departure: 50 % of total tour cost
- Less than 7 days before departure or no show 100 % of total tour cost
Special conditions: Except Peak Season & Holiday
Low season: May – Sep
The cancellation within 15 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:
- Between 14 days and 8 days before departure: 50 % of total tour cost
- Between 7 days and 4 days before departure: 75 % of total tour cost
- Less than 3 days before departure or no show 100 % of total tour cost
Children Policy
- Ages 0-2: free of charge for tour. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking
- Ages 2-5: 50% of adult price. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking
- Ages 6-10: 85% of adult price & airfare fully charges.
- 11 years and older: 100% (charged as an adult).
