Terms & Conditions
  • Surcharges will apply for arrival flights between 8:00 PM and 11:59 PM, and between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, as well as for departure flights between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM, and between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
  • The hotel's check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. 
  • All prices are Net and include government tax and any service charges.
  • Any special booking conditions mentioned in this offer supersedes the general terms.
  • Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoons, flood), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.

Cancellation Policy

High season: Oct – Apr

The cancellation within 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

  • Between 30 days and 15 days before departure:           25% of total tour cost
  • Between 14 days and 8 days before departure:             50 % of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no show           100 % of total tour cost

Special conditions: Except Peak Season & Holiday

 

Low season: May – Sep

The cancellation within 15 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

  • Between 14 days and 8 days before departure:             50 % of total tour cost
  • Between 7 days and 4 days before departure:           75 % of total tour cost
  • Less than 3 days before departure or no show           100 % of total tour cost
Children Policy
  • Ages 0-2: free of charge for tour. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking.
  • Ages 2-5: 50% of adult price. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking.
  • Ages 6-10: 85% of adult price & airfare fully charges.
  • 11 years and older: 100% (charged as an adult).
